Withdraw from the contract here

This form lets you exercise your right of withdrawal online for an order placed in our shop.

The time limit, returning the products and refunds are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.

To withdraw from your order within the withdrawal period, write to support@italaza.com stating your name, your order number and the products concerned. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.

You can also use the model withdrawal form set out in the annex to our general terms and conditions of sale.
