In winter, fresh cherry tomatoes have little flavor. Here, you open the can and find small whole tomatoes in their juice, with a thin skin that bursts to the bite. They go straight from the can to the pan or the pizza.

What you will taste

La Fiammante is a tomato cannery based in Buccino, in the province of Salerno, in Campania. The house works with tomatoes from Campania, but also from Apulia, Basilicata, Molise and Tuscany.
