Peroni Chill Lemon Beer – Lemon Flavor

A light lemon beer for afternoons that stretch out

You want something cold for the aperitif, without the heaviness of a classic beer. Chill Lemon blends pale lager and lemon juice: a sparkling, tangy drink that is best enjoyed well chilled in the sun.

What you'll taste

• Texture: light and sparkling, with fine bubbles.
• Aromas: zesty, tangy lemon.
• Taste: fruity and tangy, with no dominant bitterness.

How to use it

• Well chilled, from the can or in a cold glass.
• As an aperitif, with sea salt chips, marinated olives or a tomato bruschetta.
• With a burrata and a few lemon zests.

Where it comes from

Francesco Peroni founded his brewery in 1846 in Vigevano, in Lombardy; his son Giovanni moved it to Rome in 1864, where the headquarters still stands. Chill Lemon is a beer-based drink from the brand.
