Description
A snack to share, twist apart, lick and crunch
At four o’clock, eating a square of chocolate standing up doesn’t make for a break. Ringo does: two crunchy biscuits with cocoa cream in the middle, which you can twist apart to lick first or bite into all at once. The family-size tube is made for sharing at the table.
What you’ll taste
- Texture: a biscuit that snaps cleanly, with a silky cream centre.
- Aromas: mild cocoa and a milky note.
- Taste: sweet and cocoa-rich, with a rounded cream that lingers.
How to enjoy it
- Dipped in a caffè lungo or cappuccino, just long enough to soften it.
- For the children’s afternoon snack, or in your bag for an afternoon break.
- In a gourmet hamper with other Italian treats.
Where it comes from
Pavesi was founded in 1937 in Novara, in Piedmont, by baker Mario Pavesi. Ringo was launched in 1967, based on an idea by Mario Pavesi himself. It is still made in Novara, at the Barilla factory that also produces Pavesini.
