Fusilli that keep the sauce in every turn of the spiral
You pour on the sauce, and the spirals catch it: pieces of tomato, flakes of cheese, a thread of oil. Divella's fusilli No. 40 have hollow folds that hold everything, for a bite where the sauce is everywhere.

Where it comes from
Divella was born in 1890 in Rutigliano, near Bari, in Apulia, around a flour mill; it turned to pasta between 1910 and 1920. Still in the hands of the Divella family, it celebrated its 130th anniversary in 2020 with a stamp issued by the Italian Post Office.
